What is a good, reputable debt consolidation company?

Most debt settlement companies have a minimum required to enter into Debt Settlement. It can range from $7500 to $10000. The best you can do is maybe ask the creditors for a reduction in interest. The other option might be a consolidation loan. However these are very hard to come by anymore-and sometimes can set some one up for further debt problems if they do not close out the credit cards they consolidated.
