I have atleast 4 major credit debts that was in the early 90’s i thought bad debt only remains on your credit for no longer than 7 years its almost over 10 years but they still show up on my credit reports. Is there anything I can go legally to take those off my credit history, Specially now that I am trying to rebuild my credit.

Some times items will remain longer on the credit reports then you think- as it will go from date of last activity. Sometimes the information will remain longer, as a mistake on the bureaus end. The best thing you can do, is look into doing credit repair. I would only do this if you have other things reporting negative on the report that are less than 7 years. You can also dispute these old accounts with the bureaus yourself. But I would recomend leaving it to the professionals! I do know that NCA credit repair has an amazing track record! http://www.ncacreditrepair.com is there web site.
